I ate a chicken pasty today, and while I was eating it I couldn't help but wonder what on Earth the stuff inside with the chicken was! I thought it was chicken sauce, but I don't know!
Any ideas what it is from anybody?

I misread the title of this thread as "Citizen Pasty's".
As for the sauce - it's probably some sort of slurry that's been made from the mashed-up bits of chicken that are normally thrown away. You know, like the legs and feathers, etc.
