    Can you provide more details?

What does Winamp do when you try to play the radio?

You may want to check to see that ".m3u" files are associated with Winamp instead of quicktime. Quicktime is a pain and tries to steal control of certain file types from other applications.

Do you know how I could go about changing that?!

(assuming you are using Windows XP)
Open in the windows control panel and load the "Folder Options" menu.
    Click the "File Types" tab.
Scroll down the list until you see M3U.
Select M3U and click the "Change" button.
When the window pops up asking you what program to use when opening an M3U, select "Winamp" from the list and press OK.

Now the radio playlist should open in Winamp.

I'd have changed it in Winamp's preferences instead and tell Winamp to make sure it keeps them myself
Problems playing downloaded videos? Try CCCP
