I admit Democrats tend to be more socialist than Republicans but I've already said Democrats aren't exactly liberals. Liberalism and Conservatism are both social constructs, economics are another thing entirely.In that case, then pick a platform of communism, as listed in the Communist manifesto, water it down slightly, and take a look at it--you'll be looking at a liberal platform.
