Blue's prettier. But somehow I think green might suit you quite nice. Especially for just tips. They sort of accent blonde. Blue's more of a dominant/contrast/over powering color. Really pretty though. Blue was the first color I dyed my hair ^_^ It ruled. So I don't think you could go wrong either way. But you're tempting me to dye my hair again. I'm trying to go straight man! T_T

I'll say green for two reasons.
A)blue seems to be overused to me(then again my school colors are blue...)
B)I just think green and blonde would go well together(depending on your shade of blonce)
STILL Updating the anime list. . . I didn't think I was that much of an anime freak! I don't even want to consider updating the manga list!
Blue does fade really fast. I had to re-dye mine after a week and then just gave up. And it ended up turning a really like turquoise... In fact it almost completely returned to being blond
