i plan on playing FFVIII without magic and GF's now do you think i can use selphies Limit break or do you think it would be cheating?

How can you play it without GFs and magic? Anyway, it probaly would be cheating. Unless you didn't let Selphie's health get critical so you don't have to use it!

remember you dont have to use it though and also that does mean no junctionung but if you get to level 100 which only needs 99000 EXP which is easy campared to other FFs and you could get sqall up to level 100 in the battle zone at garden before anyone else joins you.goodski luckski

Cheating is if you do something the game didn't intend for you to be able to do. So you're not.

I assume your challenge involves simply not using the GF and Magic commands, as not junctioning Guardian Forces at all would leave you with only the Attack command. Since this particular challenge game is of your own design, you can really do whatever you desire. However, if your challenge consists simply of not using those two commands, I would recommend not using Limits. With statistical/Elemental/Status junctioning still in play, and the other commands available, the level of difficulty is not significantly increased.
