Hmmm, well i don't know! Don't look at me for answers, look at the game! But personally, i think that Seifer is homosexual and loves Squall, that's why he teases him so much and does training with him. But that's just my opinion and not actual fact. Search on Google or something, but in the end if nothing is said in the game, then it's all down to opinion.
