The whole first meeting with Black Waltz 3, him destroying the Black Mages, then Garnet comforting Vivi and everyone staring at BW3 with anger before defeating him. Then BW3 hops into the little ship and chases them and Vivi blasts him out of the air.
Where Zidane joins the Festival of the Hunt to try to go on a date with Garnet.
your not alone is the coolest piece in the game and i know a site with music on that you can listen to and on it it somewhere is your not alone. its called FFonline.com.
my other favourite is the steiner beatrix love scene. hilarious. And my other favourite pieces are the one where you fight trance kuja and necron. they rule.

Kuja trancing and destroying Terra. Twisted, yeah, but that was such a cool scene. (And watching Garland die was fun.)
The FFIX ending sequence. Although perhaps slightly clichéd, I loved those scenes and thought they provided the perfect ending to the game.
Also, the Quina - Vivi marriage was comedy genius- "I soooo happy"
