Griever of course, he's the only one you can'y obtain. Followed by Bahamut of course.

Eden, because it is SO undefined that I think the Square staff was totally drunk when they made Eden. It's cool to try to guess what Eden is. XD
I choose Shiva, Bahamut and Diablos. Bahamut, cause I love dragons, Diablos cause he is really cool looking, and Shiva because I haven't yet gotten to the end of the game. (I got stuck at the end of disc 3 and gave up.) So I don't know if I like Griever.

Odin because he's just cool, and has my favorite summon animation out of any of the GFs. (Although it did get annoying when you'd be trying to Mug an enemy or something only to have him come out and kill them off before you got a chance...) Bahamut, because he's my favorite out of the recurring FF summons. And finally, I have to love Pheonix, because I had my ass saved by that thing when I was fighting Ultima Weapon.
However, the above is just my opinion and could be completely wrong.
