John Williams, all the way. Danny Elfman's style is great, but Williams is the master.

The problem with Elfman is that you can pretty much tell when it's his score, or at least when it came to Batman and Spiderman you could. I vote Other Guy because I can't think of any movies outside Star Wars where I could recognize his sound, which means his works are at least somewhat more unique than Other Other Guy.
