I just revived Crono. The black omen is present. I go to Fiona's villa in 600 A.D., and Marco is not there! I want to do that sidequest. What did I miss? How do I make him show up?

For some reason people always forget the first part of this side-quest. Before you go to 600 A.D. you first have to go back to 12,000 BC and plant the seed with hope in the commons. The lady is in the lower right hand corner of the commons and she'll give you the option.

Are you doing this sidquest for the first time? Save your game before you get Robo back. It shouldn't be too hard how to figure out how to do that. Hint: He should be done after about four centuries. So, after you save your game right before you re-recruit Robo, when you most likely have to reload your game after messing something up, you don't have to get the plant again.

He's reffering to the flashback sidequest that happens after you get Robo back. It can be hard to complete unless you know exactly what to do.
