OMG it is such a ripoff. there was this thing that went around the net a few years back of some kid making that sound and you had to look at it without laughing and all that mumbo jumbo, but now some git has taken the sound and put it in to a frog and ruined it.....DAM YOU

That sound was originally a Eurpopean student immitating his friend's motor scooter. He and his mates recorded it for a laugh; someone else found it on the net and froggified it. Finally, somebody mixed it with the Beverly Hills Cop theme... and a diverting, insidious fad was born.
