It's called discipline. Children spend a lot of time pushing the limits, and parents can easily lose control. Expecting a three-year-old to keep their pacifier in their mouth or suffer the consequences, as opposed to letting them spit it out and scambling to keep it clean for them repeatedly, is not pushing them around.

The stupidest thing? Well, I've taken on two of them. It's a good job I love their Mother very much, or things could be a little more difficult.
