the list is far from complete, flawed and unusable. if it was it would be pretty easy to round them all up then and take them to jail?

and terrorism isn't static. tomorrow i could decide that what i ant to do is blow up a plane. i would collect together fertilizer and other equipment and off we go. the government would have no idea.

it is a list of "known terrorists" or rather suspected. we've got the remember that cat stevens is on that list as well (lol). that list probbaly amounts to all of 5% of people who would want to blow up a plane. and half that list may well be wrong.

and..... alot of the suspects names were gained under torture. evidence which is inadmissable under any court of law.
