The fact that the government can spend millions (maybe even billions?) researching and developing weapons designed to inhumanely kill people, and then turn around complaining about some immigrants costing them is beyond me.
Recently, in my town, two Fillipino nurses got their windows smashed by these hard-liners that are totally against immigration. The state the NHS is in over here leaves a lot to be desired for, and these immigrants are needed. Do these people who smashed the windows not realize that if they were to have an accident, those Fillipino nurses would be helping their sorry asses?
And people say about them coming here and recieving welfare/benefit. The overwhelming majority of them do come here to work, but I'll just play along with this mis-guided notion for a second anyway. Suppose a lot of them did come here with that in mind, I'm sorry to break it to you, but that isn't a uniquely immigration related phenomenon. What about the amount of your fellow citizens sitting their arses getting it too. What about the strain those people are putting on the economy? So let's get this straight. It's okay for a lot of lazy citizens to leech off the tax payers money, but as soon as a few foreigners so much as think about it, they're a hate target?

That's just not true. Those jobs are there for the taking, and why should those jobs belong to you? Because that's your birthright? I'd like to think one gets a job based on merit, and not on country of origin. If one has trouble getting a job, I'm willing to hazard a guess it's not because of a new breed of superhuman immigrants. I would point the finger at someone else...
