I am all down for immigration but I am not down with illegal immigration. I would like to blame part of California's financial trouble on illegal immigration. There is so much of it there that takes up jobs for people who pay taxes that the state does not get the money from them and they use all of our services and hospitals also. I say deport them all to a far away land called Antartica.

But they are cheap labor! WRONG! They get paided fairly well and no where near minimum wage. I would say $10/hour average and I think that is a conservative guess.

The legal process may be slower then the illegal process but it is the *legal* version. And it also tries to keep the balance in the USA. Think about we may indeed have a lot of money/jobs.. but yet there are still people who can't find jobs when they are laid off. Too much immigration would destroy the economy. Too little and there are also problems.
its not a matter of unwilling to go through it its a matter of they can't go through legal immigration process and most mexicans who come here have no other choice but to come here illegally if they want a better life due to the fact that they can't even get passports.

Immigration mainly exsists in America because the majority of white people dont want to do laborious jobs.

Right. Because every illegal immigrant first spends weeks applying for visas and passports and registering with INS, don't they?

Most (as in, nearly all) illegal immigrants from Mexico make absolutely no attempt to make a legal entrance into America.

It's not "Oh, I can't possibly do this legally, so I'm gonna have to do it illegally", it's "Let's get the hell in there and find a way to stay".
