Where can i find good players of tetra master?

I've been looking for good players in every places (i think )but i can't find any good player almost all of them have goblin,fang,eskeleton and a lot of weak cards can anyone tell me where can i find good players

In FFIX
If you check treno you'll be able to play tetra master in the tournament
some of them have semi rare cards like eidolon cards, or magic cards
anyway try there and maybe you'll find what you're looking for
