Theoretically, Im sure, but I wouldnt trust websites with it for download, only because of spyware. If you we're to download an album and such, winmx.com is a music sharring program, such as soulseek.com which is one also.

Sure, try amazon, B&N, or even FLCL mainwebsite. Im sure they have a shop there for that kind of merchandise
Have you tried searching on tokyotosho? I'm pretty sure I saw them posted on there recently.
But then you will need Bittorrent to be able to download those files. Just use Google to find a Bittorrent client that suits you.
