OK, I'm on the part where you (SPOILER)have to fight Kefka and his army in Narshe and it says to "form 3 groups".

The problem is, everytime I do form three groups, and try to advance, it makes a buzzing noise and says to form three groups.

Do you have to arrange the groups a certain way on the screen, or put certain members in certain groups? This is really making me mad, and any help would be appreciated (except from a walk-thru because none of them specify how to arrange the groups =/ )
