Really, it's not worth debating. All the "omg it's fake!" conspiracies are made up, using superficial evidence and fundamentally flawed science. The "consipracy theories" are invented purely to provide another excuse for lame, pointless TV info-tainment that leads to nothing except for this kind of discussion.

Nah, it happened. There's extensive proof.

For example, in one picture it showed no stars in the background of an Astronaut in space, so these people started to come out and say that it was done on a set since there are stars in space, but it was just the camera.
