Didn't anyone else like this game?

I don't remember much of it, besides that it was a fighting game with a few mini-games thrown in. Oh yeah, and a small action RPG that occupied much more time than either the fighting or the mini-games.
I traded it for some game I don't remember. Maybe Brave Fencer Musashi.
I wasnt a big fan of it... specifically since SS/SE never made a sequel or anything to follow up... I would find the game a lot more interesting if they added plot and what not to it, there's always the opp for that to happen again, but we'll see.
It was interesting, but I think it was poorly done.
it was a good game, but needed abit of tuning up,
me and afew people were thinking about how they could've done a remake on the PS2 with people from FF8,9,and 10 as well,
maybe afew star ocean people too..but the nagain that's me...
Vincent:- Dirge of Cerberus is kind of a mix between devil May Cry and Me.
I didn't like it very much. It really had nothing going for it in terms of mechanics. The real draw was the fact it had FF7 characters and attacks in it, which I will admit, got me.
To hell with Battletoads and Double Dragon.
THIS is the ultimate team.
Exactly. It was neat cause it had the FF7 characters and the whole idea was neat...but the game was crap. They should of actually put more thought into it. I honestly think the whole ploy of that game was to feed off FFVII's insane popularity (especially at that point in time) by sticking a few of the characters in there.Originally Posted by TheAbominatrix

I like Kung-Fu.
I was eager to get it myself, but Im glad I didnt. The battle mechanics are horrid.
The only time I ever devoted much to it was when I was in Las Vegas and underage, and the casino had the arcade version, so I played it lots.
Yeah. It could have been a whole lot better, and if they did remake it with tune ups and other SE characters it should be good. But chances are it will not be done.
It'd be really great if they got some other, more fighting-game experience company to make it. Like... whoever makes Soul Caliber. Or maybe even a game like Super Smash Brothers. That'd be a lot of fun, if SE had their own version of SSB, with all their characters duking it out.
I'd like to see a Mega Man series Smash Brothers myself. Then I'd once and for all be able to prove Shadowman is faster than Quickman.
To hell with Battletoads and Double Dragon.
