Very true, I was about to say that. There is a breed of fan-girl that obsesses over yaoi drawings, or guys with cat ears, or guys with cat ears/yaoi (yes... it's true furry/yaoi madness).
It's an interesting fettish to say the least. I used to know a girl who was into yaoi. She eventually faded out of it, then became a little darker, more interested in Dir en Grey and dressing kind of gothish.
She also read yaoi fanfiction.
And she was a japanophile, obviously.
