Can't find Sin

ok so i've been playing ffx for a while now in omega to level up. i've already gone to the highbride where (SPOILER)mika sends himself and then went back to omega. now my problem is that i cant go and fight sin!!! i know that after the hibridge scene "sin" should be on the airships list of locations but its not there. i dont know what else to do so i'm turning to anyone here who can help me. thanx

You have to revive Aeris first.

What's the last location that you went to in the storyline? I haven't played in a while but I think after Zanarkand Sin appears, but I could be mistaken. Also, have you checked out www.gamefaqs.com to see if you're missing a step before Sin?
