Of course it's a popularity contest. ^_^ That's not necessarily a bad thing xD But people become popular for a reason... usually they're nominated because others feel that they are deserving of the award. If someone's unknown to anyone but one or two members, of course he or she is not going to get many nominations *_* I remember you were really popular when I first came back to EoFF (the social heiarchy moves on way too fast x_X) ^_^ I voted for ya (or was it nominated? xD) in at least one or two Ciddies last time~
