I like Nestea. Does that count as part of Tea because some people say it doesn't?

'ARGHHHHHH! WE'VE RUN OUT OF TEA! *Cries uncontrollably*' Thank Gods we haven't really. I badly need a cup today. Does anybody have bigger cravings of stuff they're addicted to, when they're under a lot of pressure?
When i try to stop eating chocolate i get huge cravings for chocolate and end up eating more![]()
*Huggles Zelda for comfort* I've realised that my average daily tea consumption is WAY higher than my average daily food consumption. O_O I may have a serious problem here.
I'm addicted to most sodas.
But I need some tea too. Decent tea, not this iced tea my grandparents drink. A decent cup of Earl Gray, is what I need. Or maybe some green. Black would be nice too, or some Oolong.

I drink Tetley, and Tetley only. If I have the choice, of course. Otherwise I drink TEA, in any shape or form, even if there's a bug in it. I think my blood has been replaced by tea...*Ponders*
Do you exceed half a litre a day? I easily do. Some days I find myself drinking one litre of tea, part in the morning and part in the afternoon.Originally Posted by Social Moon Firesky

Drinking too much tea can be very bad for you. Same with Coffee. In fact, anything taken in excess is potentially bad for you.
I really love my tea, but Im not obsessed with it. I have a slightly obsessive personality so I tend to monitor myself when it comes to addictive things.
Earl Grey tea is the best.
