Well, Rinoa and Tifa have some simialrity. While Rinoa has the Asiany Euopeain look and Tifa was model to be more of a White Amercian girl, without the blonde hair. The one thing that they do have in common, is the ribbon and the hair length, which is quite strange.... I guess Square is have a problem of coming up with new costumes and combine other to make new ones. Also, you don't want to know what the asians say about the americans.
