    I don't think that Locke & Celes would ever get together, they sometimes have good moments but then sometimes have bad moments. If they did get together it'd be a rocky relationship. I think Locke & Rachel were meant for each other, Locke should go & throw himself in Ultros' mouth, then he could join Rachel.

    As for Terra & General Leo, they only understood each other in a conversational way... there was no love there between them.
