Celes and Locke*possibly spoilers*

the relationship between Locke and Celes cannot be as blatantly defined as love as one might consider the relationship between Rinoa-Squall and Tidus-Yuna. You can tell it was leading to something, but it doesn’t seem to have reach the threshold in which it can be defined as love, kind of like the Tifa-Cloud relationship.

Yeah you have a point here..Cloud-Tifa relationship is similar to Locke and Celes in some ways..

As for General Leo and Terra… well, he’s dead, so I guess we will never know. However, I doubt it, as Terra becomes more of a ‘Virgin Mary’ sort of figure towards the end.
