Until I found this picture I noticed that, in the lower part of her body, there is a lady's corpse dripping blood!!!!!!!!
I made a zoom on the right side and a rotation to let you see more clearly...

This is quite a nightmare!
I should double vote for Ulimecia's final form in the "Which is the most terryfing" poll!!!!

Any theory of why her body is like that?

That was her other half in the uncompressed word! And it got killed in time kompression and hangs off her like a leech but gives her strength rather than diminishes it. Their evilness it entwined to give her the new apocalypse magic o_O scary huh?

That's her original body under there. The larger form is her essence combined with the power of the other Sorceresses from throughout time.

I don't think that's blood, by the way. It looks more like veins.

Come to think of it, her cape sorta looks like the insides of Greiver! Sorta like he was peeled like a banana to reveal this evil inner form and the old form that was mingled with Greiver was killed and hangs off her with magical powers!
