Are they still sticking by the "Possibility of a limited theatrical release" or is that totally abandoned? It would probably cost them more money than it would be worth, anyway. I would think it'd be rated PG-13 if it's rated at all, or maybe it'll get a 16+ rating like they give anime.
It may get the "unrated, parental discretion advised" rating that some anime gets too.
