I get this error code everytime i try to connect to playonline now, even though no settings have been changed or anything, and my connection is fine. Anyone know what to do?

Either keep trying to connect, or contact POL services and get them to help fix your problem.
"error code: POL-0011" doesn't really tell us much.

Everyday I wish that I could be the one, for you...
usually comes up with that when you lose your internet connection.....or pol is going through updates and lagging a bit....

well it stopped now so it was probably because of the maintenance update, which was only supposed to be for FFXI and not playonline, but seems it did affect playonline as well. thanks for all the help!
