Winner Revelations Thread
Hello ladies and gentleman, good morning, good afternoon and good evening to you all and welcome to the official winner revelations thread for the Eighth Bi-Annual Ciddies - Two Episodes Better than the Star Wars Series. These Ciddies have been brought to you by various sponsors including the Ciddies Committee, Eyes on Final Fantasy Forums and Chatroom Community, The Cookie Monster Smilie and A Picture Of A Turkey Hitting A Dog. As you can see above, we've had a brilliant turnout this time - all four records for nominations/votes was broken with ease, making this undoubtedly the biggest Ciddies to date! Not bad for a Mid-Year Ciddies, when it's usually a bit quiet - well usually. I guess we can throw that theory out now!
Anyway, I'll be your host for this thread, so you can expect nothing more than a few crap jokes dotted around a bunch of winners revealed in a very drawn out way in a vain attempt at making the whole thing seem very dramatic. I'm relying on you guys to keep posting your thoughts and whatnot, so get to it! No double posting should be done by any members - and that includes me. I would hope that you can all get into the spirit of things and keep posting, or else we might have a few quiet spots.
The Ciddies will be revealed in reverse order from #50 to #1. In the first post for each Ciddie, I'll be giving you a bit of detail as to who won the award last time, who was the leading nominee (by amount of nominations) and who our Ciddies Prediction Party members predicted to win - a big thanks to Agent Proto, ShlupQuack, -N-, Monkey, Mercen-X, theundeadhero, Old Manus, Psychotic, eestlinc, RSL, Lenna, Quina and The Captain for providing their thoughts to help make things interesting.
I for one know that there will be at least one Ciddie that none of you predicted correctly...
Now, one last thing - this will probably take me a hell of a long time, so there will be breaks throughout the thread where we can all go and eat, drink, sleep, that sort of thing. Well, I'm hoping it won't come to needing to take a break to sleep, but you never know - it's happened before! So please bear with me as I've already been up in the early hours of last night fixing up a lot of the stuff I need to post in this thread.
