Yes. FFVII isn't quite the best game ever, but it's close enough to be worth it.

I like sticking the fact that they're not remaking FFVII in the face of those who claim Squeenix are cashing in with the spinoffs and sequels. If they remade FFVII, they'd make such hideous sums of money that even their janitors could retire to Hawaii.

Sorry, but I would. I'm a whore, a game slut, a corporate sheep, a fanboy, spoiled, and before all that I'm an FF7 lover. I got tingles just from the PS3 teaser. I played FF7 when I was 12 and it was the only game to have ever touched me emotionally. It may've been because I was so young, but I don't care. It is the best FF, and the only reason I'm here.

I'm glad Squeenix is exploiting FF7 for all it's worth. Deep down inside all FF7 lovers are, even if they claim to feel alienated by Squareenix's greed or not.

I would not buy a PS3 for that sole reason, no. But I'm sure I'll get one at some point. Maybe not though. I don't play video games much these days.

I doubt I'd buy any system for one game, let alone FFVII. It's okay, but nothing amazingly special in my opinion.

If the in-game looked like that FF7 tech demo... then yea, I probably would... but I'd probably wait for the price to go down first.

Yes. I'd buy a DVD player for Advent Children, A PSP for Crisis Core (eventually), A mobile for Before Crisis (possibly), and although I already have one Id buy a PS2 for DoC (or Id wait for the PS£ so I could play both.

Ok, so if 2/3 of the pollsters here say they'd buy a PS3 solely for FFVII remade, don't they think it would be wise to, you know remake it? (Ok, there's probably some exaggeration, but on the other hand there'll be quite a few people who would buy it if they had a PS3, just not specifically get a PS3 for it.) If we want it that much... I'm going to read the Geneva Convention on Human Rights, there has to be something about this.

I genuinely dont think the compilation of VII will go without a remake or at the very least a re release.
