Default The REAL cause of BSE

This whole BSE in Canada thing has been going on for about 2 years now and has really hurt the Canadian economy. Now I have come up with a THEORY why all this can be blamed on good old George Bush. In early 2003 the Canadian government announced that they would not support George Bush's war in Iraq. Obviously Bush wasn't pleased, so what did he do? He took one of the many CIA agents in Canada had them walk up to some lonely Northern Alberta pasture and inject a cow with the disease. A few weeks later they "happen" to find the cow and BAM! The whole Canadian beef industry takes a huge nosedive. Then, with that big producer out of the way, all of the ranching/beef companies from the south, who of course support Bush, are suddenly getting a lot more business. And come election time Mr. Bush will have a little extra spending money from these companies. Not only does Bush get his revenge but he gets a little bit of pocket change as well. The dates correspond as well. Unless I am mistaken the war started in March of 2003, and the first case of BSE was less than 2 months later. Coincidence?

As Canadians, we've come to realize that if you try hard enough, you can blame everything on George W. Bush. I mean, I ran out of Ice Tea because Bush attacked some Ice Tea producing country. :/

    BSE.

bse is an odd disease. cows never used to have it. until farmers had this great idea for feeding cows. why don't they take minced up sheep bits that noone wants and get goes to eat them? it was a great idea. but noone noticed that some sheep had a disease that did nothing (i think it was scrapie). the disease did nothing in sheep so it would do nothing in cows. well in fact when a cow ate that tasty sheep meat the disease totally changed and infected the brain. the brain went all holey like a sponge. and the cows went mad and fell over and eventually died.

that would be okay because cows die all the time. but the problem with bse is that it can be passed to humans. In humans it is called vCJD (more than just your usual CJD. and is quite a nasty disease that eats away at your brain til you die.

now us clever scots never got bse because we never did that silly making cows eat sheep thing so we had safe meat which was nice. the english all had to eat funny brazilian or spanish cows. we got to eat lovely aberdeen angus. tasty good.

so what probably happened in america or canada is that an infected british cow was either exported and transfered the disease to one of the countries or both. or one or both countries are doing the whole cow eating sheep thing.

(sorry it's actually caused by a mutated protein)
