Marcus is the best. I used to think Blank was cooler, but now I've realized that Marcus is more awesome by far. Third favorite character, behind Kuja and Quina.

There are so many great characters in the game, it's really hard to choose. But the moogle who said "I'm Kupo for Kupo nuts!" is awesome. He was one of the two in Gizamaluke's Grotto, right?

i like noggy the moogle in dauguerro because his name doesnt begin with M or K whick is a famous first id say and also Kujas cool.i like cinna because hes funny and his attack looks funny too bakus cool cause of the way he says everything and garland rocks because hey its garland and he back(just not as powerful as the FF1 garland.)kujas cool cause of his intentions and mystery marcus looks in his face a lot like a gorrilla and blank just plain rocks.the black mages in the black mage village(duh!)that tries to give the genome a name like N.O.333 or 888 are funny and i like about all of the NPCs really but i dont have a favourite plus if i listed them all there be enough to overload the most powerful supercomputer that will ever exist!

there are other moogles in ff9 with non M- or K- names. Sussana comes to mind.
