    Because I'm already using putty. Nothing wrong with it. I just want to try out some different ones.

    The only other one I've ever heard anything decent about was ShellTelnet, I believe.

    The SSH.com secure shell client is great...I think some versions cost, but version 3 is free and great. If you can't find it, let me know and I can send you the install file.

    Other than putty, you can install cygwin and use the linux style ssh in a DOS shell Those are the only two I use for ssh, telnet that comes with Windows is good enough telnet for whenever I need that
