The only logical thing to do is to see who matches these criteria

-Been around as long as he has (or longer)

-Provided as much for the site as he as (or more, or the next greatest besides him)

-Knew Dr Unne in the forum (Dr Unne obviously must at least like this person)

-They must have his tendancies.

As a side note to everyone else, if someone does take up the reigns, we must pretend as though it is the same guy, as if nothing changed.
