Do you have to be on level 99 to beet Sefferoth in ff7? I cant beet him in disc 3. And i cant go back to level, then i can beet him the first 2 times, but then the 3rd time he turnes me into a frog and then uses metior or whatever the name of his move is, and kills me.

You need to have good skills and good materia to beat him. Also try getting the final weapons for everyone and all the final level 4 limit breaks. Have the accessorie "Ribbon" on at least one of your characters so they wont turn have stats problem and they can heal everyone. Have a lot of healing items and healing materia to cure your other members from stats problems and damage in there HP. He is not the hardest boss! After you get the hang of him try beating emerald weapon and ruby weapon! HAHAHAHAHA!! Then you will need a mirical and hope!

I beat him at lvl 67 before. Though its much easier when you are at lvl 80+ (cloud)

NEVER! UNLESS YOU WANT TO!

Check bone villiage and it should be there. Maybe it is underground there.

If not, breed a gold chocobo and get "Kight of the Round" summon and all the other summons with you should have all. Put them in MASTER AP and go to cosmo canyon. Go to the huge materia (big red one) and you will get the master summon! Now kick all of there asses and be sure to have the HP<->MP materia before fighting them. So you could use KOTR amny times and have mime on another character.

Thsi is a simple way.

1 person - Have master summon and Hp<->MP

2 person - Have mime

3 person - have cure ,life, and heal magic materia the accessorie "White Cape" on him!!

Also have many Remedy, Cornucopia, and Maiden's Kiss items and you can't lose!

I believe I was only in the 50s, possibly 60s, when I beat Sephiroth at the end of the game, and it was quite easy. I didn't have Knights of the Round, either, so I think you should be able to take him.

Northern Crater Bosses

Bosses: Jenova-SYNTHESIS, Bizzaro Sephiroth, Safer Sephiroth.

Talk to your party at the point of no return and choose to move on. There will
be a short story event and then you'll pick your party. Just hop from Rock to
Rock all the way down. Every now and again you'll have to fight a battle.
When you make it to the bottom, you'll be attacked by Jenova-SNYTHESIS.

Her attacks all suck. Eventually she'll start a countdown from 5. When it
reaches 0 she will cast Ultima on your whole party, should you survive and win
the battle you will not receive any experience. Otherwise about all she does
is whip you with her arms.

More story will happen, you'll be allowed to split into multiple parties if
your level is high. It's time to fight...

Bizzaro Sephiroth

MP: 400 for each of the five parts

There are five sections. The head has 2000 life, the arms I believe 4000 each.
You will be unable to damage the middle section until it's defense is down.
Once the core is down it has a mere 10000 hp to wail on. Do this fast though.
This section will heal the torso section for about 6700hp every round of play.
If you can't keep up with that kind of healing use alternate methods such as
Coin and Throw. His offensive attacks are really weak so don't be concerned
with them. Oh, and unless you really need to, don't switch parties. When
he dies you'll immediately face....

Safer Sephiroth

HP: Varies with Clouds level, 35,000 to 140,000ish
MP: ???

He'll open with a Wall, Debarrier it. Regan your whole party and get a big
guard up. Just pound him with everything you have. His main attack is super
nova which will take away about 93% of your current health. He will usually
follow it up by casting Break on one party members. His other attacks include
fallen angel [hp reduced to 1] and Dain, which will do damage and give you many
unwanted status effects. When he goes airborne he's about to use supernova. Oh
also his physical attacks are just slices with the wing, they hurt, lots. When
you kill him there will be another battle which you can not possibly lose.
