To survive Necron's Cross Slash at level 1, use a combination of luck and Auto-Life. You have a free Auto-Life you can learn, and then have Quina just cast Auto-Life so as to keep everyone alive. Use those powerful attacks (Thievery, Dragon Crest, Limit Glove). Necron only has 54,100 HP, so that means that you only need to perform six 9,999 attacks in order to win (actually five 9,999 attacks and one 4,105 attack). One thing you might want to do is not equip Jelly on a few of your party members. Necron can Petrify a character. But if you leave that character petrified, Necron might attack that petrified character, meaning that he just wasted a turn.
for quina to get auto-life they must win a battle and then you probebly wont be level 1 then
About the fights you cannot avoid.
Plant Spiders: Kill Zidane, Vivi and Steiner. Blank kill the Spiders and LvUp to 3 (BUT it means that Amarant will come at Lv3.) If you get 2 Spiders, kill them wuith everyone alive. No one will lvl up then.
Black Mage x2, Gizamaluke: Pain in the neck. Quina in the back row, with the Needle Fork of Zaghnol, and Add Status. Have him attack the Black Mages to TRY to Petrify them. Quina can't kill them in one shot so it's safe. After Quina caused 200+ damage to Black Mages and they are still alive, use a Potion on them. Revive dead members with Phoenix Down.
Black Mage x2, Burmecia: Same as above, but Vivi has Stop (Oak Staff from Chocograph "Small Beach" so it's easier.
Alexandria Soldiers and Black Mages, Cleyra: Same as above. Or dealdamage to the solders without killing them. When their HP is low enough they will flee.

More unavoidable fights:
Black Mage type C / Bandersnatch, Alexandria:
This part is brutal. IIRC there are seven consecutive fights, all unavoidable and all experience-giving. For the fights where Vivi is in the party you need to use Tents on the enemies to weaken them, then use Stop until it works.
For the fights where Beatrix is with Freya and Steiner you need to have Beatrix be the only surviving party member after each fight.
During my Lv.1 game this particular event took 50 attempts for me to make it through, mostly because I hadn't bought the Reflect Ring from the Auction House when I should have. Another thing is, even after surviving these fights you might still encounter RANDOM Type B Black Mages on the way to the nearest save-point, as many as 4 of them.
Zombies (2 or 3) and Dracozombie in the Iifa Tree:
Get Zidane into zombie status. For the Zombies you need Zidane to be the only surviving member, he won't gain exp if he is a zombie himself. Ideally the fight will come down to 1 Zombie, Zidane, and one other party member, and the Zombie will use it's Melt attack on the other party member, killing them both and leaving only Zidane alive.
For the Dracozombie you can either revive everyone else and hope for Stop to work (it has a horrible success rate at Lv.1 though), or have Zidane enter the fight solo and use an Elixir on it.
I had given up completely here until the Marcus/Eiko bug was discovered, and after doing that I used Eiko as a substitute for Zidane, and it worked wonders.
Mist Monsters at the Iifa Tree:
Use Stop, that's really all there is to it.
Mist Monsters in Alexandria:
Have Beatrix do them solo. Mist monsters are Undead, so she can use her curative magic to make the fights easy, or curative items.
Abadon, Shell Dragon, Asmusdais (sp?) at Pandemonium.
79128 experience from these three fights, completely unavoidable. You'll have to decide who gains levels and who doesn't. Keep Zidane, Eiko, Freya, and Quina at Lv.1, and to hel with the rest.
...and I think that's it for unavoidable experience giving fights. For boss fights you'll just need some good strategies, equipment, and skills. Read these guides if you want to know more.

It might help geting virus on your characters, as they dont get XX then.
If you get in a batlle with two Carrion Worms and Quina eats one of them, you can flee the battle and get not EXP.
I don't understand, did you start this game yet or are you planning on starting it? Getting to Necron with every member at level 1 is impossible. You can, however, get to and beat Ozma with every member at level 1.

You can still beat the game with a Lv.1 party, you just can't make it past Pandemonium with all 8 party members at Lv.1
