The wife doesnt really affect the game. But you can just look for them throught the game. Mostly any npc character. 3 chapter I think is the best.
The publicity thing is more complicated but should be done in succession with the wife.
You can find these people anywhere, just push square to any npc you come up on.
Too big. The height limit is 250 pixels including images as well as text.
Just you gotta get the right saying that'll make the person pay attention/get excited
