I think the question is about the warn button. Maybe the thought that when your warned it puts some kind of sign or something on your profile so that the Admins know you've been warned?
My question is have the warned members always been able to see the warned messege when people send it or is that new?

we get emails on all warned posts, we review the post, and decide if any action needs to be taken. If it is not clear, we will discuss it within staff first.
As far as official warning sent to members from staff, we put them in your permanent record, next to your elementary school attendance records.
