    Default DBZ budokai 3 help....

    i have this game,i've had it for quite awhile now,and i've only just unlocked omega shenron.
    i still need to get #16,supreme kai,hercule and the saibamen.
    as well as breakthrough.
    i read on the internet that you need baba's crystal ball or somthing,but i can't find out how to get it..
    any help would be appreciated.
