i always eat the kernals at the bottom of the bag even if they hurt my teeth, i also used to eat sunflower seeds cus they are quite yummy and probably good for something.
popcorn = yummy but not very satisfying. i usually end up eating more cus i cant get enough lol

I AGREE!!!! Especially when they're all salty and buttery. The best thing about kernels is that they last so long, when you're chewing them. They last for hours and hours, unlike popcorn pieces. :o <333
