Default Piano piece titled: "Watermark".

This is the finest piano piece I've ever heard.
So what do you think about the piece?

It's a nice tune, but far from the best piano piece I've heard,
and if you count piano-based songs with vocals, there are tons of better ones ones.

That's actually one of my favourites, too. Not my absolute favourite, though.

Brahms - Lullaby is the best as far as I'm concerned. Simple yet beautiful - an all time classic, too.
.hack//SIGN - Before Dawn (unsure of the actual artist) comes after that.
Enya - Watermark is third.

There are a bunch of others. I adore my piano music. I have something I downloaded with no details aside from Classical - Sad Piano which is beautiful, and I'd love to know who it's by, but I'm not sure I'll ever find out. Chopin's Romantic Piano is also nice, and if you allow for additional instruments then Yuki Kajiura & Kouichi Maa - A Bit of Happiness is beautiful. I have about 11 songs in a piano-only playlist at home, I'll try to remember to get them all listed off. I think they include the theme to Legends of the Fall and also the Love Theme from the Romeo and Juliet Soundtrack (Volume 2) along with Shion Emotion by Yasunori Mitsuda... just going by memory here, though.

I think it's an absolutely beautiful piece, it's sweeping vocal arrangement is stunning and the music is so enchanting.

Here is a 3 minute sample of one of my favourite piano based bands:
