I rarely get headaches.
You should put a cold towel to your forehead, that'd help it to go away. Either that, or sleep it off.![]()
I used to have headaches on a regular basis. Now I drink a decent amount of water every day and eat 2-3 meals every day and it seems to help a lot. People greatly underestimate the power of water. Fresh air is also vital. Open a window, drink some water and eat something decent. It should help just as much as any headache pill will. If you have a pill, you dull the pain, but you don't prevent it coming back once the pill wears off. Drinking etc. will do just that. Being healthy is far more important than hiding pain.
However, having said that, sometimes the pain is too much. I had a headache the other day that was stinging. I ended up taking the first pill I've probably taken in around two years. Man, that was awful.
Bow before the mighty Javoo!
I hardly ever get them, though I did had one that lasted for about two days a few days ago. Wasn't a very bad one though.
I watched a documentary on headaches today. I learned that the brain has no nerve endings in it and therefore cannot register pain; that the only pain you feel with a headache comes from muscle contractions on the sides of your head.![]()
