can any one help with ffIX im trying to find out alleyway jacks real name and i cant find him in a lot of places. where is he? also in ffv how do you get the last fire crystal shard that is located in the uperleft of the room were it explodes before the island sinks?

1. finding out his name isn't anything special, as it is neither recorded nor does it get you a special item
2. he has four arms which if you've played any other FF (besides 7) games should be a major clue to his name
