Default Bootdisc/ Japanese import game (PS2)

I just got a boot disc of Swap magic 2.0 and a copy of the Japanese version of Namco X Capcom. The guy who gave them too me said I'd have to open my PS2 by unscrewing some screws and taking the top off, but don't see any screws anywhere on the top. Any ideas on how to make this work?

The screws are actually on the bottom. There, you'll see 6 rubber pads(top left and right, middle left and right, and two bottom middle). Take those off and the screws should be there. Unscrew them and take them out, but make sure to be careful with them, as they are very small. Put your PS2 so that the top is facing up, but be careful because the top might fall off while you're turning it. Once there, take the top off, then do whatever you need to do with the boot disc.

Ok, I undid all of the screws but I can't get the top off, I fear if I pull to hard I'll break something.

Ok, I got the top off, now I gotta remove thescrews on the top of the disc tray, but I need a VERY tiny screwdriver.
