Oh. So a memo leaked from the highest intelligence office in the British government means nothing?
As for the Geneva Convention, it *only* doesn't apply in cases when the prisoners themselves had already violated it, which we have proof wasn't the case in many of the cases we violated it, since we were holding them without trial.
