That's an excellent point you made there. Probably it's what that song nik0tine posted dosen't have, a deep message, all I see is a preety superficial critique. That's why I refered to Leonard Cohen, his songs are as meaningful today as they were in the 60s and 70s. Most Bob Dylan songs have that too, although personally I don't believe Dylan to be as good as Cohen.Also I think mostly, if the political song isn't extremely powerful and have something else aside the political message, it won't last longer than the time it was made into.
