I believe in future-foretelling dreams, because I had a very vivid one once that came true even in the slightest detail. I was 12. After that, I had pieces of dreams that came true and even today I sometimes have deja vu's. As for the rest, I give myself the benefit of doubt.

I don't think it's a special ability and that everyone has some extent of ESP. Not like "omg I see teh future" but still... it's intuition, I guess. ESP, intuition, same thing.

I have a certificate from a faire in high school that says I have ESP 'cause I picked 9 out of 10 shapes at the card-flipping table. Yay! xD

I personally think that you can predict the future, but not because you are Psychic. You have to know people very very well to predict what they do.
