Of course he is (even though he's kinda stupid to be Cloud's and Tifa's son no offense all you Zell lovers out there) I always used to Joke about Zell being Tifa's and Cloud's son since he has Cloud's spiky hair and Tifa's fighting style but the point is that Zell definitely is Tifa's and Cloud's little child.
